EILEEN V. QUIGLEY’s 28-year career spans two decades of experience building, managing, and working with for-profit and nonprofit corporations and eight years as a magazine and newspaper journalist. She has:
- Expertise in the executive management of 501(c)(3) civic and educational/(501(c)(4) public policy and advocacy nonprofit organizations.
- National recognition as an expert in the strategic use of Internet technologies for communication, donor/membership development, and online advocacy.
- Been a civic leader in the Puget Sound region for 20 years.
- Held P & L responsibility for seven years in a technology company.
- Forecasted and raised annual budgets for five nonprofit organizations.
- Hired and mentored several diverse teams for 17 years.
- Built and managed numerous Boards, taskforces, and volunteer groups.
- Started up four nonprofit organizations and two for-profit businesses.
- Served on numerous Puget Sound nonprofit Boards and civic taskforces.
Eileen received her Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University in 1983 and her Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Yale University in 1980. She was profiled as an Innovator by the Puget Sound Business Journal in 2001.

An avid runner, bicyclist, and skier, Eileen lives in Seattle, WA, with her husband, Dmitri Iglitzin, and two children, Anna (14) and Jacob (13).
