The goal for this project was to determine the framework for the communications strategy that is needed to implement the Puget Sound Partnership’s Action Agenda. The scope work entailed:

  • Carefully reviewing the Action Agenda and all communications plans to date, identifying the communications needs.
  • Sorting and organizing the various communications tactics into a framework that maps to the Action Agenda.
  • Identifying the next steps that need to be taken in a roadmap for implementing a communications plan that is tied to the implementation of the Action Agenda.
  • Producing an exhaustive report with detailed recommendations; an executive summary  memo to the Foundation for Puget Sound Board with top-level conclusions; and a PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the key recommendations in the full report.
  • Presenting findings to the Foundation for Puget Sound Board.

In addition to these tasks, also asked to make recommendations for improving internal communications and day-to-day operational and systems management.
