Created and launched the three entities that make up Qvisory, which is an advocacy organization that lobbies the Federal and state governments on issues of importance to 18-34 year-old Americans:

  • Oversaw the naming, branding, mission development, goal-setting, advocacy platform, strategic planning, budgeting, and marketing.
  • Developed the business plan to sustain the organizations.
  • Wrote the IRS applications for nonprofit designation for both the advocacy and the education organizations.
  • Raised the initial funding for launch.
  • Oversaw the development of the membership offering,  as well as the technology platform and website.
  • Managed the three Boards of Directors.
  • Hired and oversaw the staff, contractors, and consultants.
  • Negotiated the vendor and partner contracts, in particular a health insurance agreement with Aetna.
